We have one office, and it is not in Midwood. Feel Good Physical Therapy sees every patient at 2993 Ocean Parkway, Ground Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11235, in Brighton Beach. This page is about getting there from Midwood.
Midwood sits on the Ocean Parkway corridor, north of us. Ocean Parkway runs from Prospect Park at its northern end down to Surf Avenue in Brighton Beach at its southern end, and our office is near that southern end — which makes the trip from Midwood unusually simple: one road, most of the way.
Feel Good Physical Therapy has one office, at 2993 Ocean Parkway, Ground Floor. For Midwood patients the practical questions are usually parking and whether the trip is worth doing by bus, and the corridor answers both reasonably well.

From Midwood to Ocean Parkway
Down Ocean Parkway
Ocean Parkway runs the length of the corridor between Prospect Park and Surf Avenue, and our office is on it. Coming from Midwood it is essentially a single road south, which is why it is often the easier trip of the ones described on this site despite not being the shortest.
Parking on the service roads
Ocean Parkway is built with service roads flanking the main roadway on both sides, with street parking along them. That is the practical reason many patients from further up the corridor choose to drive rather than take a bus.
The B68 down Coney Island Avenue
The B68 runs the length of Coney Island Avenue, passing through Kensington, Midwood, Gravesend, Sheepshead Bay and Brighton Beach, and then turns onto Brighton Beach Avenue — which brings it to the Ocean Parkway corner. From much of Midwood that is a single bus with no change.
Walking and cycling the greenway
The malls along Ocean Parkway carry a pedestrian path and a bike path for the length of the parkway, now part of the Brooklyn–Queens Greenway. The bike path is a piece of genuine local history: dedicated on 15 June 1895, it was the first bike path built in the United States.

Access and orientation
- The office is at the southern end of the Ocean Parkway corridor, close to where the parkway meets Surf Avenue.
- Nearest subway is Ocean Parkway on the Q, at Brighton Beach Avenue. It is not ADA-accessible; Sheepshead Bay, on the same line, is.
- Our office is on the ground floor.
