Areas We Serve

Serving Manhattan Beach

Serving patients from Manhattan Beach — where the bus, not the subway, is the direct route.

We have one office, and it is not in Manhattan Beach. Feel Good Physical Therapy sees every patient at 2993 Ocean Parkway, Ground Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11235, in Brighton Beach. This page is about getting there from Manhattan Beach.

Manhattan Beach is the one neighbourhood we serve that has no subway station of its own. Getting anywhere from it means a bus, a long walk, or a car, and that shapes how patients from there plan a course of appointments.

The useful thing about our location for Manhattan Beach patients is that the bus route which serves the neighbourhood also runs directly past our door. Feel Good Physical Therapy has one office, on Ocean Parkway between Brighton Beach Avenue and Neptune Avenue, and the B1 connects the two ends of that trip without a change.

Getting Here

From Manhattan Beach to Ocean Parkway

The B1 — a single bus, no change

The B1 runs between Bay Ridge and Manhattan Beach, terminating near Oriental Boulevard by Kingsborough Community College. On its way it runs along Brighton Beach Avenue and Ocean Parkway, with stops at Ocean Parkway. That makes it one bus from Manhattan Beach to our corner, and it runs 24 hours.

The B49

The B49 also terminates at Kingsborough Community College in Manhattan Beach, running via Oriental Boulevard, Shore Boulevard, Emmons Avenue, Sheepshead Bay Road, East 16th Street and Avenue Z. It is the useful route if you need to connect at Sheepshead Bay rather than come straight down.

On foot or by bike — the Ocean Avenue footbridge

The Ocean Avenue footbridge crosses Sheepshead Bay from Manhattan Beach. It is a pedestrian and cycle bridge, not a road, so it shortens the walk considerably but is not a driving route — worth knowing if you have been given directions that assume a car.

If you need an accessible station

The nearest subway station to us, Ocean Parkway, is not ADA-accessible. The nearest accessible station on the same Q line is Sheepshead Bay, at Sheepshead Bay Road and East 16th Street, whose elevators were completed in December 2025. From there the B1 or B49 completes the trip.
